Set in 1840 Missouri, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is the tale of young Tom Sawyer and the never ending mischief of which he so often finds himself a part of; whether it's matching wits with Aunt Polly, tricking his friends into white-washing a fence for him, or narrowly escaping the clutches of a murderous villain. Along with best friend Huckleberry Finn and love interest Becky Thatcher, the greatest Tom Sawyer exploits are plucked from the book and plopped on the stage.

This show is presented in partnership with Lighthouse Preparatory Academy. It only runs 2 weekends. Performance times are April 24, 25, May 1, 2, 3 at 7:30 and April 26 at 2:00.

Reserved Marilla wonders what use Anne will be to them, but tender-hearted Matthew feels they might be of some use to Anne. It turns out that all three are much more than useful to one another: they're as vital as breathing.

The Cratchit family, preparing for a hearty Christmas in spite of their poverty, is dismayed to learn that their father will have to work on Christmas Day, as his employer, Mr. Scrooge, is mean and miserly. On Christmas Eve, after Scrooge dismisses Cratchit with savage ill humor and locks up for the night, his dead partner's ghost undertakes to show him the error of his ways. When Christmas Day dawns, Scrooge is a changed man and with new joy goes about making amends for his grouchy ways. The play ends with a celebration in the Cratchit kitchen that has spelled Christmas for generations past and will for generations to come.
